No, not considering the life-long, use a home-owner will receive. Thermotec represents good value as it radically transforms a conservatory in both appearance and performance. There is no risk or modification required to an existing structure so there is no extra cost whatsoever.
You should NOT require Planning Permission when upgrading your existing conservatory with Thermotec roof panels and Building Regulations should NOT be applicable. In the unlikely event your roof upgrade did require Planning Permission then we’re happy to assist there and if Building Regulations was a requirement then Thermotec is Building Control compliant.
