We have an easy to follow process that allows you to learn more about our energy efficient, insulated roof panels and how they can help transform your conservatory at a affordable price.
Our conservatory roof upgrade process is simple and has been designed with you in mind. Our passion and company ethos is all about transforming conservatories into desirable spaces that can be enjoyed all year round. Our conservatory roof conversion program has been designed so it none disruptive to the home and is fully fitted in just one-day.
Step 1
Once you have completed our contact form a friendly member of our estimation team will contact you with a view to arranging your free, without obligation quotation. This is also the perfect opportunity to ask any initial questions you may have about our conservatory roof upgrade system.
STEP 2
To give you an exact quotation, one of our helpful surveyors will travel to your home, at a prearranged time, to measure-up and show you a sample of our unique insulated roof panel. This is the perfect chance to find out exactly how Thermotec roof panels will radically transform your conservatory. Our surveyor will measure every roof panel and also assess the existing framework then work you out the exact fully fitted price. At this stage we will not overstay our welcome and it’s it will be an informative/ advisor visit only.
STEP 3
If you decide you’d like to replace your conservatory roof, there are a number of ways you can order.
- You can place an order on the day with the surveyor that comes to visit you
- You can phone/ email in at a later date
The person who gives you your quotation will also explain our various payment methods and go through all the different panel colours/ finishes.
STEP 4
Once you have placed an order our survey team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for your technical survey to take place. Our experienced technical surveyor will do a more precise measurement of each panel and also record any shapes/ angles. Once this stage is complete we can then put your new insulated roof panels into production at our factory in Louth, Lincolnshire.
STEP 5
It takes approximately 4-weeks to then manufacture your Thermotec panels. You can see the manufacturing process here.
STEP 6
Once your panels have passed our vigorous quality control checks there then carefully stored ready to be fitted. Our friendly installation team will then contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.
STEP 7
Our installation team will arrive promptly on the arranged date to fit your insulated roof panels. They will carefully remove your existing panels, give the existing roof structure a good clean down using a high-strength PVCu cleaner before meticulously fitting your new made to measure, insulated replacement roof panels. The job will be completed in a day with minimum fuss, and disturbance and the very next day you’ll be enjoying your new living space.
STEP 8
Our customer service team will contact after your installation to ensure that you are completely happy with your Thermotec by Spire conservatory transformation. They will explain our £250 recommendation scheme in more detail and introduce you to other existing customer incentives we offer by way of a thank-you.
